Beth Hoffman has been writing about food and agriculture for way too long (25 years??) as a freelance print and radio reporter, an author, and farmer-blogger. She wrote “Bet the Farm: The Dollars and Sense of Growing Food in America,” and now blogs at “In the Dirt” with the Iowa Writers Collaborative.
She also conceived of and hosts the podcast “At the Iowa Farm Table” and has aired and published stories in many places and for organizations around the world.
